Reporting cybersecurity issues

CTC Analytics AG is committed to ensuring the security of its products and services. 
If you believe you have identified a possible security vulnerability in one of PAL Systems products, please contact your sales partner directly or us at: securityctc.ch 

For users with access to Service Desk at www.palsystem.com, security vulnerabilities can also be reported through this form: https://palsystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/create/99

Please include the following information:

•    Title and description of the potential vulnerability
•    Affected CTC product and version
•    Steps to reproduce and any supporting materials (e.g. logs, screenshots)

We ask that vulnerabilities are reported responsibly and are not disclosed publicly until we
have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address them.

We will review all reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
