PAL DHR Dual Head performs high throughput parallel injections into two GC- or LC-Systems and various injection techniques within just one robotic sampler.

Capabilities of PAL DHR Dual Head:

  • The heads can execute two independent workflows:

    • Headspace with sample preparation, e.g. standard addition or derivatization

    • High throughput parallel injections into two GC- or LC-Systems

  • The software optimizes the timetable to maximize productivity

  • Automatic collision control ensures process safety and easy programming

  • 80 to 200 cm wide working area

  • Combinations of RTC/RSI heads with Dual Head

  • Performs various injection techniques with just one robotic sampler

Application Examples for PAL DHR Dual Head

  • Workflow 1 - High troughput LC/MS injections with 2 completely independent LC streams (2 injection valves, 2 columns or staggered injections into mutltiple streams.)

  • Workflow 2 - Sample prep combined with parallel headspace GC analysis

The PAL3 System Configurator features a high degree of flexibility allowing users to configure an autosampler for a variety of dedicated uses.

PAL System Configurator Tool to configure your own PAL System

The PAL System Configurator guides you step by step to a graphically composed system that meets your specific requirements. It prevents incorrect assembly, validates the selected options, and saves your selection in a configuration file. The instrument configuration can be exported as a PDF or an image. The PDF also contains technical specifications of the included modules and tools.
The PAL System Configurator can run directly after download. No installation is required and therefore it does not require administrator rights to make use of the application.
