GC液体注射

用PAL系统进行高精度的气相色谱分析

向GC或GC-MS系统注入液体是最经常使用的GC注入技术。强大的PAL系统为高精度分析提供了卓越的质量结果。

快速注射
  • 现代气相色谱系统允许热分/无分注射器采用两种不同的液体注射模式,即 "热针 "和 "液带 "注射,这些术语是由瑞士苏黎世州官方食品控制局的Koni Grob和Maurus Biedermann在20年前创造的[1]。

  • 热针注射模式类似于手动注射,但液带模式是为自动取样器保留的。

  • 较慢的热针注射及其在热注射器针头中形成的气溶胶液滴的蒸发,对于敏感和吸收性化合物来说是最温和的注射技术,并能达到最好的重复性。然而,热针注射往往会分辨出高沸点的化合物。

  • 对于沸点范围较广的分析物的样品,通过使用快速自动进样器的液带进样模式可以实现高度的线性反应。

  • 未改变的液体样品在大约100毫秒内沉积到热注射器衬垫中的失活玻璃棉塞中。在这里,溶剂的蒸发正在冷却玻璃棉。溶剂蒸发后,分析物从玻璃棉表面开始蒸发,留下非蒸发性的基质。

GC液体注射
  • 虽然经验丰富的手动和优化的自动热针注射的分析结果可以非常相似,但液带注射模式需要快速的自动进样器,不能手动或用普通的慢速自动进样器进行。

  • PAL系统为两种GC进样模式提供优化的GC进样。所谓 "正常 "模式是指具有最佳定量性能的热针注射。快速 "模式使用液带进样,对高沸点分析物进行低分辨。
