PAL系统使用注射器、移液器或稀释器工具,以最高的精度和可重复性执行稀释步骤。典型的例子是用于校准曲线的标准品的稀释,也包括用于定量的内部标准品,或用于回收实验的空白样品的添加。高浓度的商业标准品可以按几何级数进行稀释,以获得所需浓度的工作标准。
稀释工作流程和定量校准的生成通常是许多样品制备工作流程的集成部分。
宝贵的参考标准液放置在冷却的托盘中,当工作流程需要时可使用。通过使用2至40 mL螺旋盖样品瓶加盖取盖器模块打开样品瓶的盖子,避免了隔垫的刺穿。
欧洲卫生和食品安全总局(SANTE)[1]规定了校准标准的生成要求。PAL System实现了符合SANTE标准的工作流程,用于标准处理和可溯源操作。
用于定量校准的标准加入方法是众所周知的,但不限于顶空分析。通过将不同的标准浓度添加到具有相同样品的几个小瓶中,可以避免基质效应。在MRL超标的情况下,标准添加定量是验证性定量分析的安全措施。
PAL System提供了经过验证的自动化工作流程,可以对样品瓶执行必要的移液步骤,对样品瓶进行涡流处理,并实现高精度的在线进样。
