PAL System通过高效工作流程的专用工具和 模块,使临床、生物技术和生物医学研究 中广泛的样品制备应用自动化并用于在线 LC-MS和GC-MS分析。应用包括Bligh&Dyer 法、液液萃取、蛋白质沉淀和离心等。对 于代谢组学分析,高灵敏度分析需要分析 物的衍生化。

对于治疗药物监测,专用的PAL LC-MS 工具提供从初级管直接采样。光学传感 器位于工具的样品环上,用于监测血液 或血清样本抽吸时的气隙或气泡。
