PAH and C10-C40 fraction analysis with SPE Tiber platform from Alfatech

The SPE Tiber platform automates PAH and TPH Solid Phase Extraction of sewage sludge, ash and slag from waste-to-energy plants. The initial sample is extracted through 6 ml SPE cartridge to obtain two final eluates from which PAH and TPH are analyzed respectively.

The SPE Tiber is an enhanced PAL RTC system for PAH and TPH Solid Phase Extraction with a specially engineered SPE platform, solvent management station, trays and unique tools. It runs up to 15 coming from clean-up process  samples with 15 SPE cartridges obtaining up to 30 eluates for each sequence. Thanks to using 5 ml tips, carry over is not an issue anymore and the special designed elution vials allow the user to easily and safely concentrate them to final volume.

  • 10 ml specific glass vials with nipple for quantitative transfer into 2 ml GC vials
