PAL RTC with Liquid Tool

Unrivalled Flexibility for LC Liquid Injection

LC Liquid Injections, Precise and with Short Cycle Times.

The PAL System offers unrivalled flexibility for LC liquid injections. Volumes from nl-ml can be handled. A large variety of injection and switching valves (up to 1500 bar, 21800 PSI) can be configured. This allows applications like online SPE and Multiplexing.

precise LC injections
  • LC liquid injections are performed on the PAL System by using syringes, the LC/MS Tool, Pipette Tools or directly from uSPE Cartridges.

  • The PAL System injects precisely into HPLC, UPLC or nano LC systems. Sample loops can be operated in filled-loop or partial-loop mode. Injection volumes range from 500 nl to 10 ml.

LCMS pump
  • Life science applications benefit from the dedicated LC/MS Tool with bubble sensor and inert holding loop for fast injection cycles with active wash procedure.

  • For column multiplexing or backflush operation flow switching valves can be integrated into the automated workflows.

Automated Parallel Derivatization of Metabolites

For metabolite profiling chemical derivatization has been used to improve MS sensitivity and LC retention. However, for multi-analytes quantification, the number of available isotopically labelled internal standards is limited. And, there is no single workflow which can provide large-scale metabolomics coverage in particular for polar metabolites.
